Wood Briquettes

The wood briquettes in the photo above are made from ground waste pallets, shown on the left side of the picture.  When properly ground and at the proper moisture level, wood forms a very durable briquette.  The grind size shown is a good median size, with slightly coarser and slightly finer material also being acceptable.  Wood briquettes can be used for all common purposes such as heating, gasification, electricity generation and even on some barbecues if a clean wood product is used.  "Wood" dies are used for briquetting wood in the Slugger system.
